“Great location, great communication and lovely hotel.”

The hotel was clean and organized, located in a quieter part of Ginza. We made a last‑minute reservation after our previous hotel fell short, and we booked TSUKI at 10 pm the night before check‑in. The process was smooth, they even upgraded us for free to a suite with a wooden bathtub, which was amazing! The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

“would choose this hotel again”

I stayed here two years ago and I’m glad we chose this hotel again; the breakfast options were good, the location was great, and the staff were always friendly, while the rooms stayed neat and clean. I wish they could offer coffee or tea later in the day.

“Made our few days in Tokyo easy .. away from the “craziness “ of the other areas .”

I was impressed by how clean and efficient everything was; I had emailed about my friend's birthday, and they sent a lovely card and even upgraded her room! The location is great for using it as a base and for strolling through Ginza.

“Sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage.”

We felt very comfortable; the location was fantastic, right around the corner from the Kabuki theater. A lady at reception spoke very good German. The bathtub room was a real hit for relaxing after a long day in the city. The Bento box at breakfast was unfortunately not very tasty, so it’s better to skip it; there are tasty small snacks and coffee or tea available without extra charge.

The room was very spacious, brand‑new, and came with a lot of comforts like bathrobes, slippers, complimentary drinks and coffee, plus a distinctive wooden bathtub. It really surpassed the standards of hotels in this price range in the area. Everything was perfect.
