The hotel sits in a killer spot—right next to the main attractions, view that makes you want to stay longer. But the noise is relentless; traffic, construction, loud music from the bar downstairs—hard to sleep.

I booked because it's part of the Dusit group, so I expected the usual high standards. Instead, the building looks tired, rooms need a facelift, maintenance is spotty. Rooftop pool shut, lobby lounge feels like it's only for locals. International guests just don't feel welcomed.

The room was huge, pools gorgeous, bathtub on the balcony a real treat. But the room was dirty, whole place lacking upkeep, and trying to pay as a foreigner was a nightmare.

The beach and pool are beautiful—clear water, plenty of space, relaxed vibe. Great spot to unwind.
