“The rooms aren’t worth the cost but the staff was nice”

The air conditioning worked well. The room was not clean: sheets were stained and had hair; they only pulled the cover up. The toilet was dirty—this was room 308. I called the front desk and was moved to room 201, which smelled and looked clean, but when we showered the entire bathroom floor flooded.

“Overall experience was not pleasant.”

The front desk team was helpful and friendly, swapping my room when the original had bugs and was filthy. The new room was acceptable but still unclean, with gnats buzzing everywhere, a poorly sealed adjoining door letting in smoke, and an old, dirty tub in the bathroom.

The room was great—spacious with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. However, the hotel smelled bad upon arrival, guests in other rooms blasted music past 11 pm, and the garden’s cleaning could use improvement.

The room was roomy and had a fridge and stove. Unfortunately, the area felt sketchy with people who seemed to live in the hotel with dogs or cats, and the outside smelled like urine; it’s not the same as before the new owner took over last year.
