The room was clean, the AC was cool, and it was spacious enough for me. No complaints.

The hospitality was decent and the staff responded well. The building is old, the rooms feel dated, and there’s no fridge.

I had a terrible experience there. I told them I hadn’t slept the previous night, had spent 17 h on a bus, and arrived at 9 am, but they said I could only check in after 2 pm. I ended up sitting in the lobby chair. Then at 12:30 pm a couple checked in right in front of me; when I asked why, the staff said they had booked via WhatsApp so they could check in flexibly. That’s unfair and unequal for other guests, especially when you explain your situation. I would not recommend this place at all.
