The building is a beautifully preserved historic gem, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is excellent.

The staff were all exceptional. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the downtown lakeside promenade - shops restaurants etc. Overall the hotel was charming and exceeded all our expectations. We hope to return soon!

Everything! Staff were all exceptional, super friendly, polite, helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Beautiful, old building, heavily decorated. The location is great, not far from the start of the promenade into town. Nothing to complain about.

Beautiful property. It’s right off the main road. They wouldn’t let us onto the balcony section (restaurant) for a late‑night drink.
