The breakfast was tasty, but during our August visit flies were buzzing around the dishes. The tan‑house was spotless, yet the bedding wasn’t changed and no cleaning was done. In our room the lights flickered, sockets didn’t work, and the staff ignored our complaints despite being aware of the issues. The pool was never cleaned in the four days we were there, and my husband slipped on the dirty surface, cutting his leg.

The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and after 6 pm the outdoor pool is practically empty. However, maintenance is lacking: balcony doors fell off, a catamaran squeaked loudly across the property irritating everyone, the reception was almost impossible to reach by phone, and we could hear the neighboring toilet flushing as if it were in our own bed. The “double” bed is actually two separate beds, so trying to cuddle means one person ends up falling into the seam.

It was comfortable, everything for staying was there. The minibar, fan, and blanket were provided. Massage therapist Iryna had golden hands, fixed all shortcomings, drained the lymph, and brought the body into order. Massage therapist Diana, while working, was on her phone, giving a sense of unprofessionalism.

The large, beautiful area had many kids’ activities, a clean cottage, and a big area with pools. The pool area was open to non‑guests without restrictions, so on nice days the pools were extremely crowded, swimming was uncomfortable because everyone jumped on the heads, people with brakes and alcoholic drinks lounged by the loungers, giving the feel of a cheap water park.

The Kryl restaurant’s dishes were very tasty with good presentation. The children’s menu was especially valuable, but the highlight was the ice cream in the “yesterday” mug, which doesn’t break because it’s metal, meaning the child can eat it confidently on their own while parents relax. The complex overall keeps its mark for years. We liked it. The cost isn’t high, but the spa surcharge for guests is a bit much, especially when it’s not very good and you end up splashing around. The pool water is cool, not comfortable for everyone, and the children’s pool is too hot.
