Nothing good. Absolutely avoid this place! We booked three nights, left the next day. The fridge didn’t work, there was a power outage, no water to shower or use the toilet, and no water all morning. The air conditioning was missing as advertised. On arrival we were harassed on the way to the apartment, the gendarmerie warned us about the bad reputation of the area and suggested leaving. The surrounding scenery was awful—there’s a dump right next to it, and the road to the apartment is impassable; if you break your car you’re stuck. A pump in a well opposite the apartment made a constant, hellish noise all day. The owner’s kids were noisy. The owner locked the gate at night, so I had to call him to enter the apartment; he let me through his own place to access the apartment and the pool was dirty, so I didn’t swim. The owner was dishonest—no water, no electricity, and he wouldn’t refund except for the two days after arrival. I even asked for a one‑day refund and he refused; a real thief. Before even arriving, he told us not to exceed the number of people listed on the booking—he said we were two as agreed, and no more, but I can’t understand how this place is on the site. After a complaint on Booking, he demanded a 10‑point positive review to refund me, but I said I wouldn’t leave a positive or negative review; I wouldn’t lie for money. No refund to date. Booking customer service gave zero response after several calls. I’m disappointed and won’t book on Booking again. In short, don’t book your vacation here.

We were very happy with our stay at Dar Nejma. It’s on the first floor of a family house, looks like a private apartment with one double bedroom, one children’s room, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The place is quiet and in nature. Only reachable by car. Very warm welcome. We didn’t use the pool because it didn’t seem well maintained.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The host was super friendly and satisfied. Everything was arranged to the last detail. The location was fine for us; we had a car. It’s a bit remote in a hilly area, which gave us a wonderful view.
