The room supplied toiletries like lotion and face wash, which was a real help. Carrying and portioning cosmetics for a single night is a hassle, so that small touch of thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. I did have to wait a long time at the breakfast buffet because a high‑school group happened to be there at the same time.

The location is great, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and the hotel’s happy hour service is excellent with free beer, which sets it apart. The room is small and a bit difficult to move around in when you’re a couple, but the view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Hamanako from the room is very nice.

受付がとても丁寧でした。 ウェルカムドリンク、朝食が色々有り美味しかった。良かった. 禁煙部屋２部屋頼みましたが、１部屋はタバコ臭く気になって寝るまでに（寝落ち）時間がかかった。エアコンも温度設定が出来ず付ければ寒く消したら暑くなり目が覚めると言った感じでした・・
