The hotel sits in a very nice spot, the reception staff are great, and the breakfast spread is huge – truly a pleasant place.

The location is great, the building is iconic, and the arrival experience was smooth, but the rooms feel a bit cramped.

The lobby and common areas are beautiful, breakfast is amazing and set in a lovely environment, and the staff are friendly and helpful, yet the room is clearly outdated, the bed sides are broken, and there are a few other minor issues – overall a let‑down after the great first impression of the lobby.
