The place was clean and even the blankets had a pleasant scent, but I was disappointed that there was no hot water and the TV was not working.

The room was spotless, yet there was no hot water and the water was cut off during a shower, forcing me to find another way to finish showering.

Nothing good to mention. The bathroom light was broken, I couldn’t turn the water warm enough to shower, the couch was filthy and I didn’t dare sit on it, and the toilet was so dirty I found feces on it; there wasn’t even a toilet brush to clean it.
