Only the location mattered. Starting with the staff, which was absent at all times. The facilities were filthy and old right upon arrival, the reception bathroom had no light. When we got to the room, the window was open and a fan was on, it was October in Pontevedra, it was cold, and the window couldn’t close because the leaves were upside down, so we had to fix it. To our surprise, when we tried to turn on the heating, the wall thermostat didn’t work, no batteries. We tried to open the radiators, but they still didn’t work. I called the number on the entrance, reported the situation, and they said they would fix it… from 15:30 to 20:30 I had no news. The shower screen was half installed. Maintenance was awful. Even more shocking… when we started reading more reviews, we saw that a week ago, several guests reported CHINCHES!!! We didn’t take it seriously and left for another place. I do not recommend it at all; the staff never responds, they don’t take responsibility for things or maintenance.

“Decepción al llegar.”

The place is a bit worn down, poorly maintained, and very cheap. The location is fantastic, and the room size is very good. The upholstery is stained, the table lamp is broken, the bathroom glass is cracked, and overall it’s just regular.

“No lo recomiendo si quieres descansar”

The location was good. However, neither the radiator nor the thermostat worked, and the pillows and mattress were too soft, so we couldn't sleep well. There was no staff to request extra pillows or to explain why the radiator wasn’t heating. The shower had some good moments, but the rain‑effect showerhead was almost loose. Overall, the room was fine for two people and one night, but for more days we’re not sure how we’d manage. The wardrobe only had three hangers, no doors, and the bottom shelf was warped. Moreover, the room access codes were too intuitive, compromising security. Soundproofing was nonexistent; we could hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway.

“Prima plek in Pontevedra aan de route.”

The spot is right in the city center on the main route, and the room is huge! The only downside was that it was a bit noisy.
