The hotel’s top spot in the old town, right on the pedestrian zone, made it perfect for concert trips, and parking garages were nearby. The breakfast was great, the old‑town hotel is beautiful, and the staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. After the concert we wanted another glass of wine, but the wine bar closed at 10 pm and there was no minibar.

The spot is great, the staff were friendly and the food was good, and the rooms were nice with super comfortable beds—definitely recommend it.

I liked the historic building and the room was lovely, and the check‑in staff, cleaners, and breakfast team were delightful. However, when I ordered a glass of wine at the wine bar, I was treated as an inconvenience and the waiters were openly rude, which spoiled what could have been a great stay.

la chambre était bien, propre, sdb propre .le tout était de bonne facture même si un peu vieillot mais cela a son charme, pour une nuit c'était parfait et magnifiquement bien situé. l'accueil pourrait être un peu plus enthousiaste et sympathique, nous allons chaque année en Autriche et c'est la première fois en 30 ans que nous ne nous sommes pas vraiment sentis bienvenue .dommage tout le reste était très bien
