The hotel is styled like a typical Javanese house, and the staff are exceptionally kind and always ready to help; breakfast is very good and complete, and the pool and garden are lovely with many well‑kept plants. Some facilities could use a bit more upkeep, but everything else works fine.

Room, facilities, food and amenities were clean. The power socket is a bit far from the bed, and the room floor can be slippery when using slippers, which is a bit risky for kids.
