Awful. The person at the intercom wouldn’t let us in at 18h to finish our reservation and drop our bags. We tried to talk for 5 minutes, but nothing happened. We were told we’d be charged for an unknown reason. Luckily we hadn’t paid anything yet, so we left and went to the hotel right below on the perpendicular street where a two‑person room cost 66€ and the staff were very friendly and pleasant. It’s definitely better to go there.

The room was spacious and airy, with a balcony. The location is excellent, close to everything! Easy access to the metro and other city transport. The staff are friendly and helpful. My stay was fine overall.

Great location, clean room and bathroom, very kind staff, comfortable bed. I have nothing else to add, it’s fine as is. Some furnishings were a bit dated, as was the wallpaper. A few small improvements would make a significant difference.

The staff were absolutely adorable. I had a health emergency and they stayed with me until help arrived. They took care of our bags overnight. I had a really great experience despite my personal issue thanks to their professionalism.

Hotel Nizza is very close to Porta Nuova station. The noise was a problem.
