Great location and nice city views; the room was spacious for a city‑centre hotel. Reception was a bit chaotic with people checking in/out, waiting to store luggage, and waiting for lifts. The reception area is small and right beside the lifts.

The hotel is nice, the room had beautiful views of the city, and there are shops nearby. The buffet breakfast is great for adults with a good spread, but we were traveling with kids and a fussy daughter who complained about the lack of chocolate cereal, pancakes, or something sweet. The hash browns were a little different than usual. Unless you have a picky child, it was fine. Greta and the staff are really nice too.
