RT Lodge

“RT Lodge is a favorite for us because of it’s charm and friendly staff.”

We loved the location of the RT Lodge. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant lodging experience. The lodge could use some updating, but it’s still a nice place. The evening was chilly, and we didn’t feel much heat in our room. The staff offered a space heater, but we declined because it was probably unsafe. We used the quilt on the bed to stay warm.

This is a little gem with exceptional quality for food, outdoor aesthetics, and beautiful common areas. The staff were very friendly, and the robes in the rooms were so comfy! To improve, a magnifying mirror for the ladies to see up close would be nice, and I’d prefer a walk‑in shower for my purposes. A pool would also be a perk for guests.

The room was nice and the grounds were pleasant, but it would be great if there were a refrigerator in the room and an ice machine in each building.

The place was gorgeous and perfect for kids and dogs, yet the rooms felt a little dirty and the pillows and bed weren’t that comfortable.
