The place had good stuff and a convenient location. The furniture and infrastructure were lacking.

The only good thing was the location. The room looked tidy at first, but later I discovered it was contaminated and a BUG had made itself on the bed 😬, biting us and keeping us up until morning. The staff offered a room change, but trust was already broken; now my wife is dealing with a severe skin allergy and a medication regimen that started because of this. The room lacked privacy, opening onto another room and separated only by a wooden door. It was somewhat small, and the bathroom door faced the wrong direction, opening right next to the bed. Most TV channels were unclear, and the air‑conditioner remote was a chore to use—you had to step onto the sofa and position it near the remote window to catch the signal. Breakfast was very poor, lacking the nutrition needed to start the day, and it was not served in the room unless you requested it daily. When I asked to cancel it, the staff said it was FREE and not included in the booking—an absolute mistake. That's enough.

“غير صالح للإقامة فيه اطلاقاً حتى لو مجاناً”

It was the worst stay of my life; the place was old and utterly dirty, which forced me to leave after a few hours and not stay because of the overall poor condition, especially cleanliness. Everything was filthy, especially the bed and sheets, which were in a terrible state. I don’t recommend staying there, even if it were free, because it’s not suitable for any kind of stay.
