The staff were really polite and quick to help whenever I needed something. The room felt cozy and, for the price, it was a solid deal. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the mattress – it was a little too soft, but it didn’t ruin the trip.

The spot is convenient, that's for sure. Unfortunately, the “double‑bed” I booked turned out to be two singles pushed together, and the reception only stayed open until 9 pm, which was a bit limiting.

I liked how close the place was to everything and the front desk was attentive. The downside was that there was no parking on site, so I had to find a spot elsewhere.

My room was quiet, away from the street traffic, and just a short walk from the inline hockey arena. Breakfast was generous and tasty, and even though I don’t speak Portuguese, the staff were patient and answered all my questions. The air‑conditioning worked fine, but the bathroom would benefit from an exhaust fan.

The breakfast spread was decent and gave me a good start to the day. However, the check‑in experience was confusing, the overall quality of the hotel wasn’t clear, and the price felt way too high for what was offered.
