“Perfect stay”

The host was perfect. The omelette and Italian dishes were awesome. All staff were customer‑oriented. Nothing to complain about.

“I loved it, friendly staff.”

I came for the Transylvania 100 trailrace and the hotel knew about the event and was ready. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, helpful and flexible, so I can only recommend them. The Wi‑Fi in the room was a bit weak

“Cazare decenta”

The location is pretty nice, with a restaurant surrounded by greenery, parking and a generous courtyard behind. The room with balcony is split OK, a tiny TV, people with vision problems can only use the audio, no mini‑fridge, the airy bathroom has a window but is very crowded. The balcony is generous but unfortunately on the front side of the inn, right on the main road, which creates a lot of noise, so we couldn’t enjoy the clean mountain air and sleep with the window open. The restaurant is fine, nicely surrounded by greenery, the food is good, the pizza is especially excellent. When we arrived, there was a slightly unpleasant situation: we were four adults and a child and the owner, seeing the child, said the location does not allow their access, and after seeing me demanding a refund and looking for another place, he said he would make an exception and still allow us. If that really is the policy, it should be displayed very clearly on the site
