We couldn’t even get into the hotel because there was no staff to receive us. We waited 45 minutes for a WhatsApp reply that told us there was availability, even though the reservation had already been made. After that long delay we decided to book somewhere else.

The quietness was good. The lock on the wardrobe made my room very dark and damp, and there was no heating.

The location was fine. The hotel is in a terrible state now. I stayed there about five years ago and it was beautiful, sharp, and luxurious. Now the walls are covered in mold, the shower is in bad shape, the pillows are old and odorous. It doesn’t match what I paid.
