The facility is well maintained in every detail—from the staff to the services offered; breakfast is excellent and the location is strategic for visiting Etna.

The place was perfect for a hike up the northern side of Etna, and the spa in the garden was a real bonus; we also ate very well at the hotel’s restaurant.

The hotel is great and close to Etna, the room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly, and on breakfast we only got a croissant but it was more European than Italian – a big plus! :))) Everything else was fine.
