The property was very convenient for walking around Florence, and the check‑in staff were very helpful and welcoming; our breakfast hostess was lovely and we really enjoyed the lattes and cappuccinos. The room was cleaned as best one can, but it definitely needs a coat or two of paint and looks tired from a lot of living.

Breakfast and very helpful staff. The rooms are tiny and also had no refrigerator in our room, so no where to store drinks and snacks. Had to climb 66 steps in the dark to reach actual accommodation. I would recommend the properties add more singe and lights in the staircase

The location in the centre is ideal, the rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view, the rooms and breakfast are very good, and the staff are very friendly.

The location is central, but the street noise continues until 3 am, the breakfast is very Spartan for the price, the air‑conditioning is extremely loud, the viewing terrace is hardly worth mentioning for non‑smokers, and the pictures give a false impression.

The location is great, less than 10 minutes walking from Maria Santa Novella station; the building is a Medici family structure, the room was very spacious with old‑school furniture and an amazing shower; breakfast was pretty good, the woman who makes coffee does an amazing job, the espresso macchiato is 10/10; one of the biggest surprises is the balcony on top that looks at the cathedral and roofs of Florence. My stay was perfect.
