The hotel was really nice, with a pool and hot tub, very helpful staff, and it was conveniently located near the park entrance, within walking distance to the main shuttle and free parking. I didn’t receive any reply to my emails before I arrived.

I loved the live music and the vibe. The bar was too small; I wish there were more frequent live performances.

The breakfast was decent, but our server seemed grumpy and not very friendly. The grounds and outdoor areas were stunning, yet we missed out on them because we stayed only one night. The room desperately needs updating, especially the living area and bathroom; for the price paid, it should have been far better.

The location is ideal for exploring Zion, just a walk from the park entrance. The pool offers great views, and many rooms overlook the mountains, though mine didn’t. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and the grounds beside the river are beautiful. The pools and hot tubs feel a bit old and are partially blocked by gates, but still enjoyable. The septic tank cleanup during the day was inconvenient, but overall it’s one of the best spots in Springdale.
