The staff were pleasant, the location convenient, and the dinner and breakfast were good; you could sit outside nicely, and the staff at dinner and breakfast were extremely friendly and made you feel welcome, even with a dog. However, the floor was very dirty with dog hair, and after politely complaining, someone came with a vacuum but didn't sweep, leaving the hair in another corner… unfortunate! The receptionist’s response was very impersonal, she didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. That’s unacceptable for the price. At night it was loud until after 12 pm on the side facing the restaurant. Book the quiet side if you like sleeping with the window open.
