The staff were friendly and the overall vibe of the place felt pleasant, but the location turned out to be at Arthunkal Beach instead of the advertised Marari Beach, which caused a privacy concern. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn't attached, and the exit was just an open window space.

Cleanliness, hospitality, and the surroundings were all solid, yet the fan in the sit‑out area was a bit noisy, and the blankets and pillows in the upstairs room could have been thicker and more comfortable, though these are only minor points.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay; the rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained, the host was very friendly and helpful, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere felt peaceful and homely. Highly recommended!
