“A really lovely hotel”

It was lovely, bright, spacious, and clean throughout; I was greeted daily with smiles everywhere, and the host (I can’t recall the name) was very kind and helpful; my room faced the main street, which is very busy and loud from 8 am until midnight, but I enjoyed being able to hear the sights, sounds, and music until I closed my balcony door for quiet and privacy—no faults from me, I found the room cozy and homey, the bathroom was great‑sized, there was a kettle, a good fridge, clean towels and bedding, and water was provided; the only issue was that the kettle cord was very short, so I had to share the socket with the fridge and kept forgetting to put the fridge back on, but I’m sure if I mentioned it it would have been fixed; I’m just writing it in case others are as forgetful as I am.

I was given a kitchen for my 17‑night stay, and the lady at reception was nice, but my room was cleaned only twice during those 17 days.

I loved how close the hotel is to Palolem beach, but the parking facility left something to be desired.

“Fab location & great value for money!”

The staff were lovely and the location fantastic; the rooms were large and came with a balcony, though the basic facilities matched the price—no faults, great value and perfect spot.
