The staff were absolutely wonderful and the cable car added a touch of excitement, the spot was incredibly convenient and the food was simply outstanding, but there was a leak that left part of the floor wet and a few guests slipped, making the aging facilities a slight safety concern despite being understandable.

The view from the bathtub was stunning, but unfortunately, our room had a bit of an unwelcome guest - four tiny centipedes. It would've been nice to have some sticky tape to catch them, but overall, the view made up for it.

The dinner was absolutely delicious, and that's all I have to say about this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the front desk staff's kindness when I asked for a room upgrade, and they even did it without charging me extra. The staff at the onsen were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like I was truly being taken care of. However, it was a bit of a letdown to see that some of the facilities had deteriorated since my last visit, such as the reduced number of hot springs, the single functioning gondola, and the limited breakfast options.

I was impressed by the value for money, with various perks like stamp rallies, night snacks, and lounge access included. However, the short sauna hours and cable car breakdown were a bit of a letdown.
