The pictures matched reality: the room and bathroom were spotless and the bed was comfy. Service was excellent—Vera level, a smart pick for families. Staff like Mr. Phillips and two other maids were sweet and caring; they made dosa and idly that felt like home. The hotel sits just before the main Valparai city, so there was no noise. We had a very pleasant stay and my family was thrilled 😊. Top notch and safe for families.
