I was totally satisfied with my expectations. The location is convenient for traffic and the quality is high. The facilities are modern and practical, especially the bathroom. The only downside is the nearby petrol station, but that’s not the main issue. This place is better suited for quick stops on long drives rather than extended stays.

The modern, clean structure is just a few kilometers from the highway toll booth. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are well soundproofed. On the ground floor you can find the hotel’s pizzeria/restaurant and bar, a real advantage for those who want to save time. The breakfast offers lactose‑intolerant options, and the staff are helpful and courteous.

The hotel was excellent for a one‑night stay and the restaurant served good food; I’ll definitely return. It was unfortunate that we didn’t know breakfast ended at 9.00, as this wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I was directed to an unwelcoming bar next to the hotel at 9.15. The approach feels impersonal, and staff barely speak English.

I would replace the foam shower when it runs out for guests staying longer.

Breakfast is good and varied, the rooms are comfortable, and the location works well if you need to move between different towns in that part of the Marche. It isn’t in a panoramic spot.
