The place is great, just minutes from street‑food stalls, Bangla Walking Street, Patong Beach, and the Junig Ceylon shopping centre. The Wi‑Fi often drops out and the shower feels lukewarm.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, right in the heart of Patong. No pre‑payment was required; payment was made on arrival. The room rate is pleasant. Cleaning happens daily with fresh towels, water, and shower kit replacements. Breakfast is decent. Nearby are all the necessary spots – Ban San Market just a minute away, Jaiselion 1.5 min, and the beach 10 min.
