The location was fine, yet the staff were ultra‑rude and indifferent. The room would not even be suitable for my dog; the beds were horrific and half of the bathroom was broken. I stayed the night before in a 4‑star hotel in Gori for the same price and the difference was night and day. They should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel. I can judge that because I travel worldwide for work, and I even had to shut my eyes twice to cope.

It’s hard to point out positives because the hotel failed on every front. The location is inconvenient, far from both Poti city and the beach, and there’s no restaurant or café on the premises, nor nearby shops for groceries or essentials. The rooms are very old, resembling 1990s pioneer camps. In the double room, one of the two separate beds had a broken frame, causing the mattress to sag; the mattresses themselves were old and the springs pressed into the body. The air‑conditioner is dirty with mold inside, and the blinds are broken, so I had to prop them with paper just to get any airflow. The door lock worked intermittently, making it hard to open; the window outside was so dirty you could see nothing through it. The bathroom fixtures were in terrible condition: the shower heads didn’t hold, everything was covered in lime scale, and there was no hot water, forcing me to shower with cold water.

Die Lage war gut. Keine Ausstattung (kein Kühlschrank (mini), keine Bettdecke, kein Stellplatz für Koffer, sehr kleines Zimmer für den Preis, die Fenster außen sehr schmutzig, generell was Sauberkeit betrifft läßt viel zum wünschen übrig

“Excellent”

The spot was great, the staff super friendly, and everything was spotless. We liked the room’s size, the sofa, and the table. The bathroom was spacious, and we had a window with a lovely view of the lake and trees, with birds singing all the time—very pleasant. The only downside was that the ceiling LED light faintly glowed at night even after it was turned off.
