This was our second trip to Tuscany and the third villa we stayed at, so we had something to compare to. The place is lovely, the grounds are large and well kept, and the apartments offer beautiful views. The clean area with pools is comfortable, and families with small children will definitely appreciate the separate kiddie pool. I especially want to highlight the staff: throughout our stay we felt like valued guests, and the warmest thanks go to Natalia, who was always in touch and it was a pleasure to meet a fellow countrywoman. We were left very impressed by the Tuscan evening with wine tasting and dishes—highly recommend every guest join that event. We’ll gladly visit this villa again❣️

The staff were welcoming and helpful, yet the place was quiet with a stunning view.
The apartment is well furnished and the location is peaceful, but the bathroom is dated—wooden toilet seat is worn, the tub has chipped paint, the exterior walls are painted but not sanded, and maintenance is not very attentive. There are barbecues but no tools and the grates are too small. The ceiling fan switches have no knobs. The beds and pillows are excessively firm (after the first night I asked for a pillow and didn’t get another until the third night). Breakfast needs a review; the products are good but the staff are absolutely inexperienced.
