“Descuido y falta de Mantenimiento de los servicios”
I was indifferent about the location, which wasn’t pleasant at all. We prepared our own food, and that task was quiet and personal. The facilities look very worn out. The bedroom doors don’t give a sense of complete security. The metal plates are fragile, and the kitchen utensils and everything else in the kitchen need updating. There’s a clear lack of care.
The hotel sits right on the street, easy access to the entrance and the parking next door is also convenient, everything is spotless, only a TV is missing in the room to make it even better, but I still recommend it. The only thing that kept it from being excellent was the lack of a TV.
Only the location is good. I don’t know if breakfast was offered because there was no information and no access to any other building facilities except the exit to the street, and when I left around 7 am everything was still closed. The owner’s neglect meant I waited about 40 minutes to get in. The lock and the door were jammed; with a lot of effort and caution to avoid damage I managed to open it and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to leave later. Moreover, I only received the information about the key box and the code after calling the owner, who probably wasn’t on site because he didn’t answer the bell. Check‑in was scheduled from 12 to 20 hours, I arrived at 18 hours. The kitchen area lacked a trash can, there were no hangers in the bathroom for clothes and towels, and no soap. There were two guests (me and my son), but only one cup.
The place isn’t very clean, and for those who don’t know, it’s located where many homeless people and rough characters roam around.
I liked that the bathroom was separate and that there was a shared kitchen.
