I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location is also super convenient, with a large Lotte Mart nearby where I could easily pick up any essentials I needed. Additionally, the hotel offered a flexible checkout time, which was really accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its proximity to a large shopping centre and supermarket, which was really convenient. It was also close to the hospital where my husband was being treated, making it an ideal location for our needs. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke excellent English, which made checking in a breeze. However, I did experience a couple of issues, including a bathroom door that didn't close properly and the elevator getting stuck on our floor.
