The location and view were excellent, and breakfast was tasty. The front desk staff were very friendly, giving us peace of mind. The only downside was the lack of tissues. In general, Positano has many stairs, especially when heading out to the harbor.

The view from the Positano hotel was truly spectacular, though the price was a bit steep; the staff were friendly and welcoming, yet the pillows could use improvement and an iron would have been handy, and the breakfast, while pricey, could also be better.

The location was outstanding, the rooms clean and nice, the service friendly, the view great, and breakfast delivered to the room; the toast could have been fresher, but complaints were at a very high level.
