The location in El Poblado was ideal, just steps from Provenza, and the hotel was very clean with a spacious room and bathroom; the staff were kind and available. However, the room window faced the hotel corridor and the nights were often noisy, and the breakfast was only savory.

The room was very comfortable and the receptionist was helpful. Breakfast offered a few choice items and the dish was ready and tasty. The only drawback is that there are only stairs, so carrying heavy luggage is difficult unless you ask to stay on the ground floor.
