They upgraded me to Crash Palace Backpackers because of a maintenance issue at the original site, and I was notified beforehand; the owner runs several properties and the whole experience was excellent, giving me great customer satisfaction.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and accommodating. Very old carpets and a lot of spiders/spider webs in the window were the 9nly real negatives

There were so many food options, the police station and Howard Morrison Theatre were right across the road, and the lake and gardens were within walking distance; at 80 years old I’d stay here again! The only downside was some street noise, though I loved the night chimes.

Location.
