“Awesomely confortable stay”
The location and stay were very comfortable and the experience remained awesome; the only thing we didn’t like was that the washrooms/toilets need some renovation and upgradation, otherwise everything is great.

Wifi didn’t work properly and there was no hot water in the shower.

Close to the Haram and the staff were very good, but the place is uncomfortable and the cleanliness level is very low.

Nothing positive; I was very disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness was truly lacking, the staff were not up to par, and the services offered did not match the price paid. The value for money was very poor. For that rate, we could have clearly stayed at a much better hotel nearby. A disappointing experience I do not recommend.
