The hotel was clean, the facilities were tidy, and the staff member Gada Al-Zahrani was very helpful.

The hotel sits close to the metro station. I ended up with an upgrade that was actually uncomfortable: the curtains were broken or didn’t fit the windows, ruining my sleep schedule, and the policy that forbids deliveries to guest rooms was ridiculous.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are huge. The beds were uncomfortable, and adjusting the AC was difficult—either the fan was too high or it was off.
