Great location, food at half‑price was very good, staff extremely friendly; nothing stood out negatively.

The place is old and dingy, the shower head is clogged with limescale, it feels very old‑fashioned, so I left immediately; I can’t believe it’s rated 4 stars—never in a million years!

I loved the pool area and the location, but by the third day we started noticing a lot of tiny bugs in the room.

The location was good relative to the sea, yet you could have found a hotel for less than this price or the same price elsewhere. There are too many four‑star hotels; a two‑star would have sufficed. You pay four‑star money but the facilities are only for two. For food, you have to walk about 7 minutes to breakfast and dinner. The dinner was terrible, the bed was dirty, which caused back pain.
