“Eine komfortable Unterkunft im Nabel von Palma”

The central location with cultural sights, the strolling and shopping avenue Born, vibrant nightlife, and the nearby harbor are all great. The rooftop terrace offers a fantastic overview of the scene. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom allowed plenty of movement. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff helped with questions and requests. It was very useful to be able to store luggage and use a shower after checkout. Only one small issue: the bathroom has almost no storage. Extra hooks and a small shelf would be helpful.

“4 Sterne, einfaches Hotel mit super Ausblick”

Top location; the room is very large, the rooftop offers a panoramic view over Palma and a great view of the Cathedral; breakfast is good. The view from the room window looks into a light shaft with cramped air‑conditioners, the toilet lid is torn, and the fridge barely cools.

“Piacevole”

The location is exceptional, in the historic and central area but just a short walk from three parking areas, two of which are covered. Those two are quite expensive. The staff are extremely kind, reserved, and helpful. Cleaning is meticulous. A carafe and a free water dispenser are always available in the hall. In the evening or night you can walk out because there are shops, restaurants, bars, and venues of all kinds around. The windows face a narrow inner courtyard. The breakfast, while fairly abundant, is not very varied. Also, gluten‑free options were practically absent: there were no brioche or biscuits for celiacs, greatly limiting the choice.

I liked the location; it was really nice in the city centre, near the shopping area and the Cathedral. The rooftop is also amazing in the morning, with the view. The apartment was cleaned every day. The staff are really kind too. I saw a few bugs in the room when the lights were switched on; they came in from the bathroom, and when we left some snacks in the room. I think there were some small cockroaches.
