The hotel was very nice, but the pillows were a little high and only tea was offered for breakfast; it would feel more luxurious with loose tea.

I find it silly to have to set a time for breakfast, especially since it isn’t included and is cheaper when booked with the room; I can’t understand why it costs more if booked separately.

The breakfast buffet was varied and simply wonderful, but there was dog barking in the corridor; I would not want to sleep in a room after a visit from dogs.

The room was suitable for a family of four, the pool was great for the kids to swim in, the place was tidy and the breakfast was good, but the accommodation is a bit far from the city centre.
