Lake view greets guests in the Quadruple Room with Lake View, which also features a fireplace. The tatami‑floored space includes a desk, a socket near the bed and accommodates four guests. A flat‑screen TV with streaming service and free Wi‑Fi provide entertainment, while air‑conditioning, heating and a bathroom equipped with a bath, hairdryer, slippers, free toiletries, toilet paper, a toilet and an additional toilet complete the room.

The location was good, but the room didn’t actually offer a lake view as advertised—just a few inches of shore with sand hidden by trees, so the ad should not claim “lake view”.

The downside was that the no‑dinner plan meant we had to eat elsewhere, but most nearby restaurants close by 6 pm; the discount voucher we received for the hotel couldn’t be used because there was a one‑hour wait and the price was steep, and we weren’t told this at booking—several families ended up without dinner.
If you care about location, there are better hotels within four blocks; if you care about food, breakfast is just a self‑serve toast bar and the dinner is a bland nine‑piece sushi set—enough to fill you up but nothing special. As for service, this was my first time at a hot‑spring hotel having to make the bed myself, no menu was given at dinner, we never knew when dishes would arrive, and after eating the room was left a mess that was barely cleared. I’d give it a score that can’t even go negative because I can’t understand how they justify this price.
