The Motto room concept was executed perfectly. The location was very central and breakfast left no desire unfulfilled. The food at the restaurant is also very good. I would have liked a small fridge in the room.

Everything was great: the room, the most friendly reception, the superb wellness area. Nothing to criticize.

The hotel has several buildings, and Schmiede 7 is one of them. From our perspective, comfort, room size, and breakfast are okay but not worth the price. The standard only partially matches a 4‑star property. Breakfast is rather simple, the rooms are nicely decorated but often a bit dated. In cities nowadays you get a noticeably higher standard for the fairly high price.

Everything feels fully service‑oriented with a personal, warm touch. The rooms are ultra‑modern, warm and cozy, very spacious, bright, and spotless. Free parking is right outside the hotel. Check‑in and check‑out are quick and hassle‑free. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection, and the service is very friendly and attentive.

The staff were very friendly and offered us a newly renovated room with air conditioning on a voluntary basis.
