I was close to the golf course, but the decor felt very tired. Rooms were only serviced every three days, so cleanliness was lacking and the floors got very dirty. Bedheads looked unclean with marks all over them. The outdoor area by the pool was unappealing; the BBQ was filthy and not suitable for use. I wouldn’t recommend this motel.

I stayed 5 nights near the Knoxville raceway and booked 6 rooms, yet there was no water for showers each morning. Staff gave excuses and promised fixes within 24 hours, but that never occurred. All compensation requests were flatly denied.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff amazing—10 out of 10. I’ll stay here again. Nothing to add.

I stayed 5 nights and every morning I couldn't shower because of water issues. Staff blamed the whole area of Pella, which we checked and was false, or said maintenance would come the next day, which also didn’t happen. Requests for discounts were bluntly denied.
