Its location is in the middle of the Medina but away from the bustle. The staff are very attentive. Breakfast is decent. The mattress is very uncomfortable. Cleaning is poor, with some spider webs here and there… The rooftop facilities need improvement; it’s a shame because the sunsets there are spectacular.

The place is clean. It doesn’t have much character compared to other stays and is very expensive for what it was; it should have negotiated a lower price.

The staff, especially Ousamma, were friendly and helpful; breakfast was huge and tasty, and the rooms were big and comfy, though the interior of the Riad itself was fine.
