Close to the train station. The ease of access to the apartment was an issue; you need wifi, otherwise you won't get in.

Pulizia, aria condizionata efficiente, posizione, facilità di self-check-in. Vista sull'Opera di Roma. Comunicazione su whatsapp facile e immediata. In mezzo a tante cose misere e overpriced a Roma, questa è stata davvero una bella scoperta. Il wifi non era molto potente e la smart TV non si collegava, ma per me non è stato un grave problema

The room was modest in size and located in a very convenient spot, especially for those arriving or leaving from Termini station, easily reachable, and for anyone wanting to use metro lines A and B. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was quite small, with a sink, toilet, and bidet, while the shower was separate and placed practically in the passage between the entrance and the bedroom—a somewhat unusual setup. Even though there was no staff or a receptionist on site, the directions provided to access the property were clear, precise, and easy to follow. I would improve the welcome by adding a few small snacks or a greeting gesture for guests.
