The host was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV couldn't be operated properly, maybe due to my own lack of skill.

Everyone was attentive and the room and facilities were well maintained, everything was exceptional! Mrs. Margarita, Joissi, and the young Aldo were always very attentive and ready to solve any issue, I felt great at all times. If I need to travel and stay nearby again, I won't think twice and will book there again! I have no complaints, just a suggestion that perhaps a mirror could be added in the bathroom (in addition to or instead of the one already in the wardrobe) since it's always necessary for shaving, brushing, etc. But that's the only detail, the rest is 10/10.
