This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, though dining options nearby are limited, and it seems mainly aimed at wedding events. The staff were very friendly, but we arrived right after three consecutive weddings and there were no comfortable spots to sit in the garden. We were disappointed with the breakfast considering the price, so we only had it one morning out of three. The breakfast was poor, and the evening tapas‑style menu was quite basic; they should put more effort into catering to non‑wedding guests. When we arrived, the car‑park signs were unclear, and after finding the location we had to walk over gravel with our luggage to the entrance, which would be hard for anyone with mobility issues.

The property is very nice, the staff friendly, we were the only ones having breakfast and were treated very well, the room was quiet, the sheets and towels smelled fresh, and our little dachshund was allowed in; however, the hallway and later the room smelled musty, likely because there are several dogs nearby, one barked all night and others joined, and in the morning a rooster crowed—though the owners are very pet‑friendly, we barely slept, and the hotel can’t change that; the car must be parked below, it’s very dark, and the gate isn’t closed.

Na zdjęciach wszystko wyglądało pięknie. Basen był bardzo zaniedbany, a byliśmy z córką i to był priorytet. Nie można go było używać. Ogólnie wspólne przestrzenie zaniedbane, były śmieci i nieposprzątane miejsca, a obsługa naszym zdaniem nie miała za wiele pracy. Personel zgodził się na nasz szybszy wyjazd z uwagi na niedogodności, niestety długo trwał proces zwrotu kosztów z uwagi na brak managera obiektu, a właściciel był poza zasięgiem. Uważam, że to świetne miejsce na event (ślub, spotkania służbowe) ale nie na kilkudniowy pobyt z rodziną. Daleko od plaży, a samo Mataro jest mało atrakcyjne. Co również bardzo dziwne obiekt zamykany jest o godzinie 22:00, nie możesz posiedzieć na dole czy przy basenie, wyjście jedynie przez jakieś tylne drzwi na parking. To też było nieprzyjemne
