“It was a good experience, thank you”
The place was very nice and clean, even the pool looked great, but the stain rule made the stay a bit uncomfortable.
“Rules must apply to everyone not just a specific race”
Hot running water was available any time of day, the sheets were clean, the bed comfortable, and the décor and outdoor living space were beautiful. Initially, we weren’t allowed to use the kitchen or pots, and they didn’t mention on the app that the kitchen was off‑limits. After two days they promised to clean the room but never did. They said no eating in the room, yet we found traces of food left by previous guests and saw people bringing food into their rooms and warming it up with no comment.
“Please make sure before you book.Call them first and find out where you will be sleeping.”
The beds were the only good thing; the mattress was perfect. The place was a complete misrepresentation of what the website promised.

The venue feels like an outdated, cheap saloon with cramped, congested rooms that barely fit a bathroom, and the ventilation is poor with a funky smell. The staff were rude, inconsiderate, and greedy, just running around. I booked a standard room, but when I arrived I waited 30 minutes at the gate with no assistance; when they finally opened, they told me the room I booked wasn’t available and that I’d have to pay an extra R950 for a Duluxe Room, claiming I’d have to handle that myself. Their customer service was terrible and the staff looked unfriendly.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, especially Queen and Chris. The only drawbacks were that there was no proper soap, no gate remote, and no bar fridge.
